Tea bag dress

55cm, 64cm.
This dress was inspired by ruffs which I created using the tea bags. I was also influenced by the artist Lauren Wyrick Kennedy who also uses tea bags to create fashion pieces. This piece was made using willow, muslin, tea bags, wire and masking tape.

Textiles 1950's women

These samples are inspired by 1950's women's magazines. I have used a combination of hand stitch and free machine embroidery to create these pieces.

Natasha kerr artist study

This is an artist study I did of Natasha Kerr. I like Natasha kerr's amagamation of old photographs and deteriorating wallpaper. I used the combination of figures and wallpaper in my final piece.
